Advanced Mold Diagnostics, LLC is an environmental consulting firm located in Broomall, PA. We service the tri-state area, encompassing PA, NJ, DE & NY. Our firm provides investigative, consulting, and design services for issues affecting building performance and the comfort, health and well being of building occupants. Services focus on matters concerning indoor air quality including mold testing, construction defects, mold detection, mold remediation, biological and chemical contamination, water damage & structural drying as well as green building design. The aim of our practice is to protect people and property with proven, practical solutions and the best available science.

We bring over 25 years of applied experience with issues related to building forensics, environmental science, construction defects, indoor air quality, and public health. Our experts have served as principal investigators on thousands of projects involving commercial and residential buildings, industrial facilities, schools and hotels.

Our founder Craig Camel has over 25 years experience in the environmental and construction arenas. He started this consulting company by pooling his extensive experience in multiple disciplines to satisfy the growing concerns of people regarding indoor air quality issues. His background in the building sciences along with his experienced staff is what makes AMD experts when it comes to diagnosing building defects that cause indoor air quality issues especially mold. We specialize in the investigative phase of detecting and diagnosing mold sometimes through mold testing. Mold remediation protocols can be written for the prevention of mold and moisture problems in residential and commercial properties.

  We have performed thousands of inspections utilizing non-traditional mold inspection methods such as mold detection dogs, analyzing data with laser particle counters, moisture mapping and infrared thermography with more conventional mold testing and mold inspection methods such as air testing, wall cavity sampling, settled dust sampling and surface sampling.
